We’re here to give you the support you need, from the moment you book your first appointment to the end of your treatment, and every step in between.

Our friendly team will keep you informed at every stage, ensuring you understand your diagnosis and the treatment options available to you. The whole process is designed to give you as much control as possible, backed by our doctors’ care and expertise.

Booking your appointment

No referral is needed to book an appointment at Oxona. Simply book online, email us at reception@oxonahealth.co.uk or phone our Oxford, Didcot or Chipping Norton clinics on 01865 965027 or our St Albans clinic on 01727 620101.

When you book online, you’ll have a choice of appointment type, location, practitioner, date and time. Depending on the appointment type, pre-payment is required at the time of booking and new patients are required complete a pre-consultation questionnaire.

Consultation

When you arrive at your chosen Oxona clinic, our welcoming atmosphere will help put you at ease. We understand that you may be feeling anxious ahead of a consultation or procedure, and pride ourselves on maintaining a calm and friendly environment. 

During your appointment, our specialists will make sure you feel fully heard and will give you the time you need to discuss your concerns. It’s all about ensuring you feel ready to make an informed decision, with all your questions answered and all concerns explored.

 

Treatment plan

At Oxona, we don’t do ‘off the shelf’. Our specialists build treatment plans around you as an individual, taking into account your symptoms, medical history and any concerns. We’ll explain all available treatment options, and then the decision is yours. 

Aftercare

Our doctors are on hand to offer free post-operative support including wound checks, stitch removal and will address any post-surgical complications.

Our reception team are available via phone and email to answer any questions or concerns about your treatment plan.
